  • How much does it cost per night to stay?
    Our pricing varies depending on the type of accommodation and the dates you select. You can check the current rates on our website:
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept major credit and debit cards. Approved payment method are detailed as part of the booking process on your chosen travel accommodation platform.
  • Do you have a minimum stay requirement?
    Minimum stay periods do apply. These vary by season and property. The minimum stay requirements will be detailed as part of the booking process and will mostly vary between 2 and 7 nights.
  • How can I make a reservation?
    Reservations can be made direct through our website by clicking ''Book Now'' whereby special rates and discounts will apply. Our properties can also be booked via other platforms such as AirBnB and .
  • Can I request specific bed arrangements?
    Yes, this is possible, If you are travelling as a group and would like to 'split' our zip-link beds, please detail this as part of the booking process. Please note, you must specify how many guests intend to stay in the property so that sufficient linen can be provided.
  • Are you pet friendly?
    We do accept pets, but only by pre-approval. Please review our pet policy on our website for details on fees and restrictions -
  • What time is check-in and check-out?
    Check-in time for our properties is usually between 1500 -2100, but please see the accommodation details for the most accurate information. You'll receive detailed instructions and access information closer to your arrival date.
  • Can I modify my booking after it's confirmed?
    Yes, you may be able to modify your booking after it is confirmed however this will depend upon your specific request. If you are looking to extend your stay, this may be possible if the property is available. You may also be able to make other modifications such as requesting an early check-in.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We provide a flexible cancellation policy. This can be found on the ''Booking Terms & Conditions'' page of our website.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • What time is check-in?
    Check-in to our properties is typically 1500 however you may have the ability to request an earlier check-in during the booking process.
  • What time is check-out?
    We expect all guests to kindly check out by 1100.
  • Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?
    We are able to offer early check-in and late check-out. This can be selected during the booking process for a small fee.
  • How do I check-in/out?
    All our properties provide self check-in. The keys can be accessed by entering your unique pass code to the lock box located on the front of the property. Once you have entered the pass code you will be able to retrieve the key and unlock the front door. The key should then be replaced upon check-out.
